Our Commitment

AI Reality Check is operated by InfoWebPlus (the brand operator) and is designed with privacy in mind. We believe in transparency and minimal data collection.

No Login Required

You can use AI Reality Check without creating an account or providing any personal information. The diagnostic tool works entirely in your browser.

Data Storage

Your diagnostic answers are stored locally in your browser's session storage. This data is automatically cleared when you close your browser and is never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly request a premium insight service.

No Data Resale

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Premium Services

If you request a premium insight service, you may be asked to provide contact information (such as email) for delivery purposes. Payments for Premium Services are processed via Stripe; the billing entity is Uphold S.R.L. Your contact and payment-related data are used solely for providing the requested service and are handled according to InfoWebPlus's data protection practices.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via Google Tag Manager to understand how the tool is used. Our analytics implementation is privacy-friendly and GDPR-compliant:

**What we track**: We track aggregate usage metrics such as page views, diagnostic starts/completions (without individual answers), and conversion events. We do NOT track personal information, email addresses, names, or individual diagnostic responses.

**Privacy protections**: IP addresses are anonymized (last octet removed), Google Signals (cross-device tracking) is disabled, and ad personalization is disabled. We respect Do Not Track signals from your browser.

**Cookies**: Analytics uses first-party cookies only (no third-party tracking). Data is automatically deleted after 2 months.

**No consent required**: Under GDPR, our analytics setup does not require a consent banner because we anonymize IPs, disable cross-device tracking, and do not use data for advertising purposes. This is considered 'legitimate interest' analytics.

**Your control**: You can disable analytics by enabling Do Not Track in your browser settings, or by using browser extensions that block analytics.
